Breaking Ground at the Former Tops Club, Argent Street

We recently organised a ground breaking ceremony with Councillors from Thurrock Council on site of the former Tops Social Club in Grays, to mark the start of construction works.

The site, situated along Argent Street, will provide 29 new council homes. The scheme includes a five storey tower block consisting of 15 two bed and eight one bed flats, alongside six three bed maisonettes. Architectural design was carried out by ECD Architects and we are delighted to have been appointed as Main Contractor to work with ECD and Thurrock Council.
