This week we presented an assembly for both KS1 & 2 Brentwood Preparatory pupils. Steve Drury, our Development Director and Lucy Dunne our Social Value Coordinator spoke to the students about the new assembly building and classroom block we are currently constructing at the school.
We then arranged for all 36 members of the School Council to visit site where they were able to stand on the gantry, benefiting from a full view of the whole site. The steel frame of the assembly hall building was being completed and the scaffold was being erected during the pupil’s visit, so there were lots for them to see. The students had lots of questions about all the machinery on site and they were even lucky enough to get a wave from our crane driver.
