Our current Argent Street (Tops Club) development in Thurrock has been awarded the Housing Essex Housing Excellence Award in the Housing Scheme (under 50 homes) category.
The judges were ‘Particularly impressed with the strong design, good quality build on a difficult infill site and opportunity to deliver all the units as affordable housing.’
The new development designed by ECD Architects, provides 6 maisonettes and 23 apartments all of which are to be let through Thurrock Council’s housing register.
