As the academic year comes to an end, we look at the graduation achievements of the Rooff Training Academy during 2022 and there is a lot to celebrate!
Firstly, we have two academy members who have graduated from Anglia Ruskin University, from Quantity Surveying and Construction Management bachelor degrees.
Other congratulations go to a Site Manager, who has qualified as a Chartered Member of The Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB). Chartered Membership is comparable to a bachelor’s degree. This is a wonderful achievement after initially completing the CIOB Site Supervisor Diploma programme.
Three more of our academy management trainees, have completed their Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor courses or Level 4 Construction Quantity Surveying Technician courses at Barking & Dagenham College, all part of their Level 4 Apprenticeships.
In the new academic year our Operations Director, Gan Hirani will be starting an MBA in Construction and Real Estate. This programme is designed to provide individuals with an advanced understanding of the industry across building and property development and will provide great benefits to Gan and Rooff.
These are great achievements for our staff and the Rooff Training Academy and demonstrate our long-term commitment to supporting the upskilling of employees for themselves and the long-term success of the business.
