On the 24th May 2019, we hosted the inaugural ‘Rooff Rowathon’ in aid of MIND, taking place in the Boathouse Studios here in the Ice House Quarter. It was a fantastic day filled with banter, sweat and tears, ultimately ending with The Surveyoars team on top with an outstanding distance of 81,594 metres.

Despite the brilliant competition from all, we are pleased to report the real figures which is that our total fundraising efforts have amounted to an impressive £3,715! We would like to thank all our friends, family and sponsors who contributed towards the campaign and helped raise awareness of MIND and all the tremendous work that they do.
The winner of the ‘Guess the Winning Distance’ prize was won by Ben North with a brilliant guess of 85 kilometers, which was remarkably close to the actual distance so well done to Ben and we hope he enjoys the Champagne!
As for ourselves and where we are now, well it was very much a weekend of recovery and ice baths with a few celebratory drinks to ease the soreness…! Till next year…
