Rooff continue to invest in the future of the business and welcome into the Academy, three new Management Apprentices at levels 3 and 4 and two new Degree Apprentices in Quantity Surveying (RICS).
The Academy also has Site Management trainees moving onto Construction Management Degrees, as products of its highly successful Rooff Summer Training Placement programme.
The Rooff Academy continues to follow the organisations commitment to maintain a level of 10% of the directly employed workforce, to be in apprenticeships or formal academic programmes. The current quota of staff engaged in this Academy approach is actually closer to 15%.
