‘STEAM’ Week at Blackheath High School

We are currently working on a project for the Girls Day School Trust at Blackheath High School. This week the school are celebrating STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Maths) Week. Contracts Manager for the project, Carl Whelan saw this as a perfect opportunity to organise a walk around the site for both pupils and teachers, showing them around their ‘Big Build’ project.

Students and teachers alike were thrilled to be shown around the site and to see the progress that has been made since work commenced in July 2016. They were all excited to see what their new classrooms looked like and although not yet completed all were able to imagine the finished look. The new library that has been sunk down into the new lower ground floor was impressive to all as was the whole of the project with all looking forward to move into the new building.
