The Two Way Street Leadership Exchange Project will be used to increase the impact of employer engagement by the Vocational Educational and Training sector (VET), by working towards genuine two-way street collaboration with employers to meet the skills needs of the construction sector.
Rooff were selected by Barking and Dagenham College to act as lead employer for the bid on this project. A key aspect of the bid being Rooff’s involvement with the London Region Construction Training Group and thereby access to SME employers. The B&D College bid was based on tackling issues around construction management and building information modelling linked to skills shortages in the sector.
The project consists of three Leadership Exchanges, held to inform three webinars taking place on 28th April, 9th July and 24th September. The purpose of the webinars is to create a forum to share and explore learning across the Leadership Exchanges nationwide.
