Alma Court has been shortlisted for Best Affordable Housing Development (under £10M) at the Inside Housing Development Awards 2021.
This is a great achievement for the whole project team after the successful completion of the scheme in June last year. The project designed by ECD Architects delivered 29 new affordable homes for Thurrock Council.
The winner of the award will be announced at an award ceremony in November.
