Rooff were delighted to host the CIOB‘s CEO Caroline Gumble to our development site – Charles Moore Place in Felsted, Essex last week. The site tour formed part of Caroline’s visit to the Chelmsford CIOB Hub, of which Steve Drury, Development Director at Rooff is a hub committee member. Caroline’s trip included visits to other projects in the region. Other guests on our tour included CIOB staff, hub committee members and representatives from CIOB’s Tomorrows Leaders.
Rooff also look forward to hosting Caroline again in May to our Skinners’ Hall project, which she last visited in September 2022.
