In continuing our social value commitments whilst working in the London Borough of Newham, Rooff have been working with The Dockland Settlements charity at their Stratford Carpenters Estate centre to create a much-needed, covered shelter for the serving provision of their foodbank activity.
We are very grateful for the donations from Travis Perkins who supplied all the materials, our staff and Ask Interiors for volunteering their time.
The Dockland Settlements Charity work to provide foodbank provisions to over 700 people a week at their Stratford Centre alone, the new structure Rooff have installed will provide their serving and sorting area a sheltered space.
