DESCRIPTION

Bramall Close and Idmiston Road is a combined scheme which consists of 12 apartments and 3 houses at Bramall Close, and 8 apartments at the Idmiston Road site. These schemes are part of the London Borough of Newham’s housing development programme to provide more homes with affordable rent for Newham Borough residents.

Idmiston Road consists of a 4-storey block of 12 apartments with a communal garden space and some balconies. Each property is generated through an air source heat pump and incorporates a light airy feel. The Idmiston Road scheme was the first site to complete on the Mayor of Newham’s housing development schemes. The sites at Bramall Close have provided 16 homes for affordable rent with the block of 14 flats and 2 homes.

This scheme was the first of Newham’s new housing programme to be completed.
