DESCRIPTION

Christ Church Newham is a United Reformed Church in the London Borough of Newham. Formerly, Plaistow Christian Church URC the church recently merged with Brickfields URC Church in Stratford to form Christ Church Newham. This merger has resulted in the need for a bigger worship space for the congregation.

The original buildings are of poor quality and include a leaking roof and poorly insulated walls that cannot cope with the winter weather. These buildings are to be demolished and in it’s place a new two storey church will be constructed. The new building creates a large space for worship as well as the addition of meeting rooms that are well insulated for all weathers.
