DESCRIPTION

Christ Church Newham is a United Reformed Church in the London Borough of Newham. Formerly, Plaistow Christian Church URC the church recently merged with Brickfields URC Church in Stratford to form Christ Church Newham. This merger has resulted in the need for a bigger worship space for the congregation.

The original buildings were of poor quality and included a leaking roof and poorly insulated walls that couldn’t cope with the winter weather. These buildings were demolished and in it’s place a new two storey church was constructed. The new building creates a large space for worship as well as the addition of meeting rooms for the community.
