Rooff has been awarded a Gold Award from the City of London’s Considerate Contractors Scheme for our Skinners’ Hall project. The judging panel selected Rooff for the top award based on the overall performance of all personnel working on behalf of Rooff, during the past year on the Skinners’ Hall site. Our scaffolding subcontractor – Inner City Scaffolding, also won an award for the scaffolding work they have carried out at Skinners’ Hall. Rooff and Inner City Scaffolding have worked extremely hard to resolve the logistics and access scaffolding requirements on this complex constrained site.
The City of London’s Considerate Contractor Scheme challenges contractors to strive for the best standards in the industry. The Gold Award recognises that the requirements of the Code of Good Practice have been consistently exceeded. It reflects a spirit of pride, an awareness of the needs of the passing public and regard for the surrounding environment.
