Rooff Residential commissioned Sergison Bates Architects, Jonathan Cook Landscape Architects and Price & Myers Engineers to develop a bespoke design led approach to compliment the outstanding site location and to deliver high quality homes as well as the gardens and communal spaces around them. Rooff were delighted to achieve detailed planning consent from Uttlesford District Council in February 2021. We now look forward to building out the scheme and bringing this exciting new homes opportunity to the market, as part of Rooff Residential Limited’s expansion into the quality new homes sector.
