Last week a group of Rooff head office staff attended our two residential development sites in Felsted, Essex – Charles Moore Place and Newhouse Farm.
Staff were shown around completed houses at Charles Moore Place, which many of these staff members were involved with in some way during the project. The scheme at Newhouse Farm is reaching completion with the showhouse almost ready! The staff were able to see the completed designs and learnt about the sustainability aspects of these unique projects designed by Sergison Bates Architects.
The original project brief set out a desire to offer the house buying public an opportunity to experience architecture led housing of an extreme high quality. These developments truly reflect the Artisan nature of Rooff’s approach to design and construction.
This initiative forms part of Rooff’s ongoing commitment to professional development through the Rooff Training Academy, supporting knowledge sharing across the business and driving continuous improvement.
