In January 2026 Rooff were delighted to complete the transition into a new ownership structure under an Employee Ownership Trust.
This has been part of a broader long term strategy to enable carefully managed succession within the business whilst safeguarding our unique culture. We have enjoyed extraordinary levels of loyalty from the highest calibre of staff, and these changes reflect the enormous contribution made by the staff over so many years.
We are delighted to Congratulate Gan Hirani on his promotion to Managing Director, as well as Tom Kyprianou into the role of Commercial Director. Furthermore, we welcome to the business Ed Bartlett, who takes on the role of Construction Director, working alongside Tony Pearce.
The remainder of our senior management team remain as before, and we look forward to our current and future pipeline of work with great enthusiasm.
