The Rooff Training Academy continues to support and develop new talent for the industry. As part of National Apprenticeship Week 2023 Rooff are continuing their commitment to increase the diversity of talent for the organisation, through new apprenticeships, paid internships and work experience placements. These range from work experience placements for year 11 students looking to gain an insight into the sector, leading to level 3 and 4 apprenticeships, paid internships for undergraduates to gain experience before commencing full time employment, to new level 6 apprenticeships across construction management, quantity surveying and business management.
We are delighted to welcome Francesca (Chartered Management Apprentice) and Chloe (Pre-Construction & Property Intern) in to the academy this year.
