Rooff Sign Contract for £17M Refurbishment Work at Skinners’ Hall

Last Friday Rooff signed the contract for the commencement of work at the prestigious Grade I Listed Skinners’ Hall. The contract was signed for on behalf of the Skinners’ Company by the Chairman of the Skinners’ Hall Panel Committee -The Rt Hon The Earl of Malmesbury DL and the Master, Sarah Stallebass, and by Rooff’s Managing Director, Mark Horn, Operation Directors, Gan Hirani and Construction Director, Tony Pearce.

The project has taken six years of planning and the final redevelopment plans were designed by 6a Architects. This exciting major redevelopment project involves extensive repairs, renewal of existing services, and improvements to the building, in particular to improving accessibility. Refurbishment and decorating works will also be carried out.

We are very pleased to be working on this special heritage project and look forward to preserving this Scheduled Ancient Monument for future generations.
