We are pleased to announce Rooff has begun work on site on a new public pavilion building in Southwark Park for Southwark Council. The project consists of construction of a new pavilion to bring together existing amenities within the park. The building includes a new café, restrooms and a park office. The shape of the building is designed to allow views across the boating lake and playing fields.
The scheme has been procured using a two stage process with Rooff successfully appointed as the preferred contractor, following a qualitative and quantitative 1st stage tender.
We are working with architects Bell Phillips and Appleyard & Trew Quantity Surveyors.
