Brentwood Preparatory School and Southwark Pavilion Shortlisted for AJ Architecture Awards 2021

Rooff are thrilled to announce that two of our recently completed schemes have been shortlisted for AJ Architecture Awards. The awards recognise and celebrate UK architecture’s creative talent.

Brentwood Preparatory School, designed by Cottrell & Vermeulen Architects, has been shortlisted in the Schools category. Cottrell & Vermeulen Architects have been working with the school over a number of years and we were delighted to be involved in the recent expansion project at the school. We constructed a new classroom block as well as a multifunctioning School Hall building.

Southwark Park Pavilion, designed by Bell Phillips Architects has been shortlisted in the Public Buildings category. We worked closely with the architect to develop the design of the new café and park office. The shape of the building is designed to allow views across the lake and playing fields. We were pleased to be involved in such an interesting scheme that has also been longlisted in the Dezeen Awards 2021.

It is a fantastic achievement to have two projects shortlisted for AJ Architecture Awards and we congratulate the architects involved.
