Out of 22 buildings shortlisted, we are very pleased that Brentwood Preparatory School has been shortlisted for a 2022 RIBA East Award, the only project shortlisted in Essex.
The project comprised construction of a new stand alone classroom block and multi purpose assembly hall. The new buildings provide cutting edge educational facilities allowing the school to function more efficiently across its estate. The buildings were designed and constructed to achieve a high quality, low energy demand solution by award winning architects, Cottrell & Vermeulen. Rooff previously worked with C&V on the 2018 RIBA London Award winning project at Streatham and Clapham High School for the Girls Day School Trust.
